Prices of our cakes and cupcakes all depend on the level of decorative intricacy involved and how labour intensive they are to make! Take a look at the gallery first for some ideas and click on the pictures for prices.
How to Order:
To place an order you can email your requirements including cake design, flavour, quantities and date required to info@gourmetcupcakes.co.uk and we will email you back with availability. Alternatively you can all our shop on 01245 283986. If you are ordering for a wedding or evernt when you wish to reserve the date in advance and leave a deposit, you will need to email and request an Event Booking Form.
Minimum Order Requirements:
We cater for events, weddings and parties and our minimum order requirement is 24 (2 dozen cupcakes) and multiples of 12 thereafter. The minimum order of a single sponge flavour is 12 cupcakes however we can vary the decorations and colours.
How much notice do you need?
All our cakes are made fresh to order! We do not keep stock of cakes at our shop and bakery. This means you won’t get the old stale cakes like at some places, but it also means we need more notice to make everything, how much depends on what else we have going on that day, so best to book as far in advance as possible. If you’re booking cakes for a special date, we recommend you do so as soon as possible as some dates do fill up a long time in advance. **Please bear in mind that our decorations are all handmade by us too and some are very labour intensive!**
Collection & Delivery:
You can collect cake orders by arrangement from our bakery and cake decorating supplies shop in Chelmsford during our shop opening hours which are 09:30 to 17:30 Tuesday to Saturday. We also offer a dedicated driver delivery service around London, Essex, Kent, Herts, Suffolk, Cambs etc, with a full set up service for weddings. This service is charged at £1 per mile from our shop in Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SL. Please state your post code when ordering if you require a quote for delivery. If you require a delivery further afield, please call our shop on 01245 283986 to discuss.
Bespoke Orders & Weddings:
For wedding orders and corporate or bespoke jobs, please email us for a quote. Prices vary according to decorative detail and quantities. Don’t forget we are a creative cake company so if you see something you like but want to change the colour, case or decoration, we’d be more than happy to help.
