Using a broad range of sugarcraft techniques, our tutors will share with you all the inside tricks to make mini cakes a breeze. Following a subtle and classy Victorian theme carefully created by TGCC’s award-winning cake designers, you will make all these exquisite sugar decorations with which to adorn your mini cakes, finished off with fine satin ribbons.

And there’s no need to bring a thing – we’ll provide you with all the tools and equipment required, and even a box and bag to take your cakes safely home in.

Course Location
This course is held at our professional bakery and cake decorating shop in Chelmsford in Essex. Car parking is available very nearby if you are driving, otherwise Chelmsford is just a 30 minute train ride from London Liverpool Street station if you decide to travel by train, and our shop is just a few minutes walk from the station.

Course Times
Weekdays 10am to 3:00pm (with lunch break)
Saturdays 11:00am to 4:00pm (with lunch break)
Sundays 12:30pm to 5:00pm (no lunch break)
